Hôtel Le Concorde has your safety at heart!

In order to ensure the well-being of our customers and employees, if you have symptoms similar to COVID19, we ask you to postpone your stay. If one or more symptoms occur during your stay, it is essential to notify an employee immediately. The regulatory face covering should be worn as soon as you feel a symptom, and you will be asked to contact a Public Health representative for instructions by calling 1-877-644-4545.

For any reservation:

The occupants of the same room must reside at the same address (family bubble); for this purpose, an ID with photo and address may be requested on arrival for all occupants
Cash is accepted but we prefer card payments

During the stay :

Please respect the signage for distancing and hand disinfection
Room cleaning is not performed during guest stay. Please check with a receptionist
We only allow a maximum of 2 people per lift or a single-family bubble per lift
Food delivery must be done in the hotel lobby; deliveries to rooms are not privileged.


The management team at Hôtel le Concorde has decided to temporarily suspend the following services:

  • The Pool 
  • The Spa
  • Sauna
  • Valet parking
  • Luggage storage and cart service
  • The fitness room

We have also implemented the following health measures:

  • Access control to the pool area with a booking system managed by front desk (subject to the opening status)
  • Contactless departure
  • Several signaling posters encouraging a distance of 2 meters, the wearing of the mask, and the directions to be taken
  • Hydro-alcoholic solution stations have been placed at strategic locations
  • Daily cleaning of frequently used surfaces
  • Removal of non-essential items from the room



The restaurant Au Ciel! is currently closed until further notice.

The restaurant Jaja is operating from Wednesday to Saturday from 12.00 pm to 7.00 pm and offering takeaway menus.
